- Deuterium Oxide (Heavy Water) has a high molecular weight to deliver moisturize into the skin. It helps prevent trans-epidermal water loss and is resistant to free radical transportation. It is also hydrating.

Reviews
I’ve been using this toner after cleansing, and it instantly takes away that tight feeling. It feels soothing, almost cooling, and leaves my skin soft instead of stripped. Really nice especially after a hot shower.
On warm days, I apply this toner and it gives that fresh, hydrated feeling without being sticky. The cucumber scent is super subtle, which I appreciate — it feels clean and calming, not perfume-y.
